Portfolio Optimization During Times of Transition: How to Ensure the Best Prospects Don’t Fall Through the Cracks

This session will take participants through a facilitated discussion built upon an  ongoing case study. CCS Fundraising and the Lincoln Park Zoo have partnered on a number of tracks of activity at the Zoo. Past staffing transitions have provided an opportunity to assess and rate current portfolios, reprioritize prospects and donors, and allow space to engage new donors and prospects in active management according to the priorities of each front-line fundraising role. Rachelle Ficke, Senior Director at CCS Fundraising and Ginevra Ranney, VP of Development at the Lincoln Park Zoo will share key learnings to date and will facilitate group discussion to share insights and learnings from similar experiences across peer participants.
